Confinement is a crucial period to restore Qi and blood lost during birth and strengthen one’s body constitution. Curated with the help from experienced TCM physicians, our confinement soup package contains five different types of pre-packed herbs to support postpartum recovery.

You’ll start with a soup that helps to clear your uterus, alternate between two soups in the first two weeks, followed by another two soups in the 3^rd and 4^th weeks. The soups are repeated as we believe this would best optimise nutrients absorption and promote proper recovery and strengthening.

As compared to the basic soup package, the premium version uses better grades of herbs such as wild cordyceps, wild American ginseng, Cheong Kwan Jang 6-year-old Korean red ginseng and pure Spanish saffron. Due to the prime natural conditions they grow in, it is generally believed that wild herbs have better efficacy than cultivated ones.

Our confinement herbal package works the same way for both post-natural birth and caesarean section. The 30-day package includes the following:

● 2 packets of Premium Sheng Hua Tang (上等生化汤): To promote blood circulation, uterus recovery, lochia discharge and relieve pain

● 10 packets of Premium Qi & Waist Tonic (上等补气补腰汤): To tonify Qi, relieve postpartum fatigue, and strengthen waist, back, and joints

● 5 packets of Premium Cordyceps & American Ginseng Soup (上等虫草泡参汤): To boost energy, calm the mind and improve immunity

● 10 packets of Premium Ginseng Bak Foong Tonic (上等人参白凤汤): To enhance overall vitality, nourish blood and balance the body

● 5 packets of Premium Korean Red Ginseng Tonic (上等高丽参补血汤): To strengthen Qi, boost blood circulation, improve immunity and calm the mind

Suggested use:
Rinse herbs before use. Boil the herbs together with some meat and water in a pot. Serve it warm. Please refer to the detailed instructions on the product label for each type of soup.

Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Best kept refrigerated.
