● Bei Qi: 9g to 30g

How to use dried scallops:
Rinse the scallops before use. Add them directly to your dishes or soak in water until softened before cutting or breaking them into smaller pieces for cooking.

How to rehydrate dried flower mushrooms:
Simply the dried mushrooms under cold water then place them into a pot or bowl of warm/cold water and cover with a lid. Soak them for about 2-3 hours or till softened before cooking. You may adjust the soaking time based on your preference. (Tip: Soaking the mushrooms in cold water would help them to better retain their flavour. The leftover liquid from soaking the mushrooms can be used to add flavour to the dishes.)
