Suitable for whom:
Recommended for individuals who are prone to dampness and excess internal heat. For instance, having a preference for cold, raw, sweet, greasy, deep-fried, or spicy foods; often staying in an air-conditioned environment; frequently staying up late; or having a lack of exercise.

Preparation:
Rinse herbs before use. Boil the herbs in 2 litres of water. Bring to a boil and simmer at medium to low heat for 1 hour. Serve it warm.

3 to 4 servings
