PRODUCT PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
An online order is not complete until it is accepted by Wing Joo Loong. Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors (including processing errors) may occur. Despite payment made, if Wing Joo Loong discovers any error in the published price, promotional price or the product which you have ordered is no longer available, we will inform you within 3 working days from the date of order placement and give you the option of reconfirming your order or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and you have already paid for the product, we will provide a full refund by your mode of payment whenever possible, failing which, we will contact you for your bank details to do the full refund within 7 working days.
Please provide accurate and current registration information. Inform Wing Joo Loong immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. You are responsible for anything that happens through your account – with or without your permission. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Wing Joo Loong Ginseng Hong (S) Co Pte Ltd is not responsible for any loss or activity that results from the unauthorised use of your account.
Customer shall ensure that the name, address and telephone number of the recipient are entered correctly and complete when placing orders with us. Please include the company name if your package is going to an office address. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes and other restricted areas including army camps and airbases, offshore islands, Jurong island, Tuas Link and Changi Cargo Center. Delivery to office addresses will take place during business hours, 9am to 6pm, on Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays).
To ensure that your package reaches you safely, a signature as proof of delivery is recommended. Our driver will call you before making the delivery therefore please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the pre-arranged time. However, if you wish to authorise us to leave the package outside when there is no one present at the stated address, kindly inform our driver or indicate your delivery preference during checkout. Our driver will leave the parcel outside and take a photo before sending it via SMS to the contact number indicated in the order details. While we will do our best to accommodate any specific delivery requests, we seek your kind understanding that not all requests will be fulfilled. If our delivery crew is unable to reach you after two delivery attempts, a re-delivery fee of $10 would be payable.
We will not be responsible or liable for any non-delivery or refund due to incorrect mailing details provided.
We accept credit card payments via PayPal's and Shopify's secure transaction platforms.
All pricing at Wing Joo Loong's website is in Singapore Dollar (SGD) and exclude delivery costs. We reserve the right to edit price information, product descriptions and other information without obligation to issue any notice of change, at any time and at our own discretion.
LEAD TIME FOR ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
Customer will receive an automated order confirmation email upon placing order via our website. Please check your spam email folder if you do not find the email in your inbox. In the unlikely event that you do not receive the order confirmation email, please email us at email@example.com and provide your order number to check on the status. All online orders will be processed, packed, and delivered within 2-3 working days once the payment is received. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays and store closure days. We would also like to seek your kind understanding on slower deliveries during the peak sale seasons.
Simply add your items to cart and the delivery fees will be shown before you check out. Free delivery is available when you hit the minimum spending as stated on our website.
We hope you like our products, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free and easy returns within 7 days after delivery of goods.
Make sure your item is returnable with the following checklist:

3. Delivery note available
4. Product remains unopened
5. Items in the box are in original condition, with original packaging intact
For any refund request, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number. We reserve the right to decline any return deemed unwarranted and withhold any refunds if the returned goods are rejected.
