LEAD TIME FOR ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Customer will receive an automated order confirmation email upon placing order via our website. Please check your spam email folder if you do not find the email in your inbox. In the unlikely event that you do not receive the order confirmation email, please email us at info@wjl.com.sg to verify your order.

All orders will be processed, packed and delivered within 2-3 working days once payment is received. Please expect longer lead times and delayed delivery during peak seasons such as festive periods. Deliveries are not available on weekends, public holidays and store closure days.

DELIVERY FEES

We do not ship outside Singapore.

Simply add your items to cart and the delivery fees will be shown before you check out. Free delivery within Singapore is available for purchases above SGD 120 in a single order.

REFUNDS DUE TO OVERSEAS ORDERS (OUTSIDE OF SINGAPORE) / OVERSEAS (OUTSIDE OF SINGAPORE) ADDRESSES PROVIDED

We only ship within Singapore.

Under "Shipping Address", you are only able to provide "Singapore" as the destination country.

In the event an overseas address outside of Singapore is provided, we will only refund 95% of the payment made for charges incurred.
