Our premium golden house nests are sourced from Indonesia, with a soft, smooth, and slippery texture. As compared to white bird's nests, golden bird's nests have higher mineral contents due to the swiftlet's diet and the mineral-rich natural cave environment from which they are harvested.

As our bird's nests are manually cleaned, some loose feathers or dirt may be overlooked, therefore it is still advisable to check carefully before cooking.

Preparation steps:
● Soak the raw bird's nest in cold water for 3-4 hours or overnight in the fridge.
● Rinse well and go through the bird’s nest to pick out any loose feathers or dirt.
● Place the pre-soaked bird’s nest in a pot and add 1-2 bowls of water for every nest cooked, depending on your preference.
● Add in complementing herbs such as American ginseng, wolfberries, or red dates.
● Double boil and simmer for 2-3 hours until the bird’s nest is soft.
● Add rock sugar and stir to dissolve. Serve it hot.
