A carefully selected concoction passed down from generation to generation, our Four Heavenly Herbs combine these four valuable herbs to promote general well-being for the whole family.⁣⁣

● Wild Cordyceps (冬虫夏草) – Sourced naturally from areas in Tibet and China, supplements the lungs and boosts the kidneys.⁣⁣

● Wild American Ginseng (野山美国泡参) – Sourced directly from America, boosts vital Qi, nourishes Yin, and increases mental alertness.⁣⁣

● Premium Shí hú (Dendrobium; 霍山石斛) – Native to China and some Southeast Asian countries, nourishes Yin, clears body heat, and brightens the eyes.⁣⁣

● Tián qī (Notoginseng; 田七) – Grown under stringent conditions in China, eliminates blood stasis, reduces swelling, and alleviates pain.⁣These herbs can be ground into powder or encapsulated for convenience.

Recommended dosages for decoctions and soups:
● Wild Cordyceps (冬虫夏草): 5g to 15g
● Wild American Ginseng (野山美国泡参): 3g to 6g
● Premium Dendrobium (霍山石斛): 6g to 12g
● Notoginseng (田七): 3g to 9g

Recommended dosages for other forms:
● Powder: 200mg to 400mg a day
● Powder Capsules*: 1-2 capsules a day

*Kindly note that our herbs are ground to powder and encapsulated on demand. In general, each capsule is around 200mg serving, which means 1 gram of herb powder can make 4-5 capsules depending on the type of herbs used.
