How to make American ginseng with rose tea:
Steep teabag in hot water for about 5 minutes before consuming. For a cold brew tea, use room temperature water instead and refrigerate for 2 hours or longer if you prefer a stronger taste.

Bird's nest user instructions:
Take 1-2 bottles daily. Consume straight from the bottle, chilled or warmed based on your preference. Best consumed warm on an empty stomach.

How to consume wild black wolfberries:
Add around 10 freeze-dried wild black wolfberries to a glass of water. Suitable for use with cold, room temperature, or warm water (below 60 ℃). Infuse for around 5 minutes before drinking. Consume within 30 minutes for optimal benefits. Avoid boiling water as the high temperature will destroy the antioxidants.

How to use the herbal soup pack:
Rinse herbs before use. Put the herbs, 300-500g of meat, and 1.5 litres of water into a pot (ensure water is sufficient to cover them all). Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 hours. Serve it warm.
