HOW DOES YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WORK?
1. Choose your product and pack size.
2. We deliver automatically within 2–3 working days from your order date.
3. Minimum commitment: 3 consecutive subscription orders.
4. Thereafter, you can pause, change or cancel anytime through your
5. Your subscription renews automatically, so you never run out of wellness products.
6. Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged automatically for each delivery.

HOW OFTEN WILL I BE BILLED FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Billing is automatically processed according to the subscription frequency you selected. Charges will be made at the start of each billing cycle.
HOW CAN I MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Create an account with us here, using the same email address you used for your subscription purchase.
Once logged in, you can access our customer portal to:
1. Edit quantity of products
2. Update the next scheduled delivery date
3. Change your shipping address
4. Update your payment method
5. Pause, cancel or resume your plan
Note: Please ensure any changes are made at least 5 working days before your next billing cycle.
CAN I EXCHANGE OR REFUND MY SUBSCRIPTION ORDER?
Subscription orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the payment has been processed. All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of 3 consecutive orders before you have the option to cancel.
To avoid being charged for the next order after fulfilling this commitment, please cancel at least 5 days before your next billing date. Otherwise, you’ll still be charged, and your order will be processed as usual.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT FAILS?
You will receive an email notification prompting you to update your payment details. Please do so promptly to avoid any disruption to your subscription orders.
