Suggested use:

It is recommended to pour away the first brew to 'wash' the tea.

How to make your own tea blend:
Serve your tea infusion with some honey, lemon, and ginger. You can also create your own tea blend with roselle, rose, lavender, peppermint, lemongrass, or cinnamon.
