How to rehydrate dried flower mushrooms:
Rinse the dried mushrooms under cold water, then place them in a container filled with warm or cold water. Cover with a lid and soak for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until softened, before cooking. You can adjust the soaking time based on your preference.

Tip:
Soaking mushrooms in cold water helps retain their flavour better. You can also use the leftover soaking liquid to add extra flavour to your dishes.
