Suggested use:
Add 1-2 teaspoons of freeze-dried wild mulberries to a glass of water. Suitable for use with cold, room temperature, or warm water (below 60 ℃). Infuse for around 5 minutes before drinking. Consume within 30 minutes for optimal benefits.

Note:
Avoid boiling water as the high temperature will destroy the antioxidants. Like black wolfberries, mulberries are a natural colourant, which turns the water a deep purple colour as the anthocyanins in black wolfberries are water-soluble, and it changes colour based on the water’s pH level.

Keep refrigerated.

Recommendation:
Freeze-dried mulberries are best mixed with honey, black wolfberries, jasmine or osmanthus.
