CNY gift set (B1, B2, B3, B5, G1 & G2) deliveries will start from 2 Jan 2026, with each order requiring 2-3 working days for processing.

Deliveries will take place Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, excluding public holidays and store closure days. Each online order can be delivered to only one Singapore address.

If you would like to include a gift card or specify a preferred delivery week, please enter these details in the "Special Instructions" box on Cart page before checkout.

While we try our best to accommodate your preferred delivery week, some flexibility may be required during peak seasons or high-demand periods.

Kindly ensure that all contact and delivery details are accurate. If our delivery team is unable to reach the recipient after two failed delivery attempts, a re-delivery fee of $25 will apply.

Note: We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or restricted areas, including army camps, airbases, offshore islands (including Sentosa island), Jurong Island, Tuas Link, shipyards and Changi Cargo Center.
